This is a delicious and easy appetizer to make with your slow cooker. Although it sounds weird, the chili sauce and grape jelly create a delicious flavor that never fails to impress. This is a party favorite and seriously the easiest to make. Go for it.
Ingredients:
24 oz jar Chili sauce
32 oz jar grape jelly
1 bag frozen meatballs (about 80 in a bag)
Directions:
- Put Slow Cooker on HIGH. Combine chili sauce and jelly in a slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on HIGH for a half hour until sauce becomes smooth. Meanwhile, take meatballs out of the freezer and set on counter to defrost.
- After sauce is smooth, add frozen meatballs to slow cooker. Mix meatballs into the sauce and fully coat. Cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring once every hour. Coat meatballs in sauce.
- Serve with toothpicks, use toothpicks to serve meatballs right out of the slow cooker. Enjoy!
